Data Processing Addendum

If you are using Snappic as a user and have agreed to our terms of service, you do not need to sign an additional Data Processing Addendum. As of May 25th 2018, our Terms of Service include a provision to ensure compliance with GDPR.

If you would like further documentation of compliance with Snappic acting as a Processor (for example, as a customer who processes their own user's data through Snappic or as a Partner who integrates directly with Snappic) you can sign an additional DPA and get an electronic copy for your records.
